Amazing job. The ring for my engagement was amazing. I messed up the size and my fiancée came to the store to get it resized and they did it for no charge and gave her a congratulations bottle of champagne. Amazing store with amazing staff.

Absolutely love this place. I had been shopping around different places for a couple of months in search for the perfect engagement ring and decided to pop in here since they had fixed my gold chain earlier this year. As soon as I met Katie I knew I was 100% buying the ring here. Extremely professional and such a pleasure to speak with. You can feel how much she wanted to help make my moment special and was so helpful and made the process easy. I cannot recommend Charles Frederick Jewelers enough. Thank you Katie!!! 🙏🙏

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I totally trust these people. I had several pieces done there and always been perfect. Everyone is great to work with they are accommodating… one piece I have I need a rush on and they were right on it. I got the piece Before I had to leave for travel

I cannot say enough about the wonderful service and team here. Love that they carry just about anything you are looking for or will do whatever they can to find it for you. In the past two years they have turned my old engagement ring into a custom piece, resized several pieces of jewelry for me after weight loss, cleaned pretty much every piece I own, provided guidance around an 18k gold chain that was giving my husband a rash (not the chain actually just chemicals that built up on it from work) etc. Much of this was complimentary if I purchased the piece there or if I was purchasing a new piece at the same time. I especially love all of the unique estate pieces they carry. Of course, I end up getting something almost every time I walk in the door! Prices and quality are better than retail jewelers in malls and the like.

It is really hard to find a jeweler that you can trust. Well, look no further, Charles Frederick Jewelers is that trusted business that will be honest with you and will do a fantastic job. I have had a few jewelry repairs done by them and I can\'t praise them enough...they did a beautiful job and were very honest, professional, and charged very reasonably for their work. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

It is really hard to find a jeweler that you can trust. Well, look no further because Charles Frederick Jewelers is that business, with honest service and reasonable prices. I have had a few jewelry pieces repaired by them and can\'t say enough of good things about my experience. They were not trying to oversell, were completely transparent about their process and did a beautiful job repairing my jewelry. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

He took the time to review my design ideas with honesty and creativity. Very happy with the final result and the\r\nservice (s) provided by Charles Frederick\'s staff.

I have been doing business with Rick for years. He not only helped my husband with special purchases for me he also has helped him with special gifts for our granddaughter. I live a half hour away and would drive hours to do business with Rick. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I recently was given an old ring of my Grandmother\'s that was too big for me to wear and needed a little TLC. After consulting Google and asking around, I found Charles Frederick Jewelers and couldn\'t be happier that I did. \r\n\r\nFrom the moment I walked into the store on 4/20/22 I was greeted with personable, knowledgeable staff. The person I spoke to looked over the ring and explained what would need to be done, but in a \"no pressure\" way. When he came back with the quote for the resizing and repair I was shocked with how affordable it was. I had recently had another ring resized at a jeweler in the mall for $50 more (just a resizing!). \r\n\r\nI felt reassured with how professional he was and was told to give them 10 days and I\'d receive a text when the ring was ready. A mere 7 days later, I received the text and went in to pick the ring up. It was gorgeous! They did a phenomenal job and I know my late Grandmother is smiling from ear to ear. Again, at pick up all of the staff couldn\'t have been nicer or more helpful (even cleaning my wedding rings while I was there). \r\n\r\nThis is such a special reminder of her and I\'m so glad to have found my jeweler right here in town. Thank you Charles Frederick!
