I had an arm on my family antique gold filled eyeglass frames snap and break off. They are very fragile but I love wearing them. They were able to fix it and I can't even tell they were ever broken. This place is the best for excellent customer service and perfect repairs!

I enjoy my shopping experiences at Charles Frederick Jewelers. We have been customers for years and have never been disappointed. I always find something I love. Most recently a jade bracelet from their estate jewelry case. I also purchased a pair of artisan blister pearl earrings set in silver with gold vermeil accents. I wore them most days last summer and received lots of compliments. They have an array of choices, you can find something special like my bracelet or something fun and funky like my earrings. They are great with repairs and do custom work also. They are trustworthy and friendly. You receive the same time and attention regardless of what you are shopping for. The owners and employees are knowledgeable and they are happy to let you browse. I never feel pressured to buy anything.

Absolutely an amazing jeweler for custom and on display pieces. I don't go anywhere else! Staff is kind, reliable, and exceptionally helpful. Went here for my engagement ring and purchased several beautiful pieces they had on hand throughout my times going here. Fiance has been over the moon with the pieces I've gotten her. Cannot recommend enough and am happy to further maintain the amazing rating they already have.

I have been doing business with Charles Frederick Jewelers since before 2000. They always have pleasant, knowledgeable staff and a good variety of pieces in their shop. My wife loves the surprises I bring home from them.
